Evaluation of Special Crossing Designs and application of various methodologies

Special crossings of a pipeline usually mean great efforts, time and resources consuming if they were not planned correctly from the beginning.
Our experience in hundreds of special crossings of the most varied types and in the most extreme conditions, can help define the best strategy to face these difficult works, without loss of time and with guaranteed success.

Pipeline Installation on Hight Slopes and Narrow Ridge Zones: Cable Cranes and Vertical Pipeline Installation (Raise Boring method)

Generally, the installation of pipelines on hight slopes or very narrow edges has represented one of the greatest challenges in Onshore Pipeline projects. The logistics of getting there with steel tubes is one of the problems to overcome.
This leads to unusual solutions such as the use of special Cable Crane systems, making it possible to efficiently and profitably carry out this challenge.
Another extreme method that avoids construction on very steep slopes (where it is impossible to think of a construction with an open cut method), or when the impact to an environmentally protected area is impossible to consider, is the construction of vertical or sub-vertical tunnels (Raise Boring Method) and then install the pipeline inside. This method is complemented by a horizontal tunnel.

Installation of Pipelines in Mountain Areas, Swamps, Desert and Jungle

Installing a Pipeline in each of these scenarios brings unique challenges and solutions, having experienced technical support means overcoming these challenges by applying proven and working methods. In this way, countless extra costs and sometimes unrecoverable overtime are avoided.

Internal Coating of Welded Joints with Robot (Internal Coating) - Internal Coating with HDPE pipe (Lining method)

In the current development of mining projects, there is a need to build pipelines to transport both the mineral pulp (Slurry Pipelines), as well as water (Water Pipelines) for the process.
Both pipes must be protected internally to avoid corrosion and wear phenomena. The current methods require personnel with previous experience to alert and avoid innumerable setbacks that arise when implementing both methods.
